Is it free to join?
Yes. Creating an account is free for both workers and employers. Workers never pay to apply for a job. Employers pay a 10% service fee on the value of the jobs they post, and a 2% processing fee applies to withdrawals.
How much can I earn?
It depends entirely on how many jobs you complete and what they pay. Most micro jobs pay between $0.05 and $5.00 and take a few minutes. Small Jobs is designed for pocket money and side income, not a full-time salary.
When do I get paid?
As soon as the employer approves your proof, the amount moves from your pending balance into your earnings. Employers have up to 7 days to review. You can withdraw once your earnings reach $3.00.
What payment methods are supported?
Withdrawals can be sent by PayPal,Payoneer,Bank Transfer,USDT (TRC20). You choose your method and enter your account details on the profile page before requesting a payout.
Why was my proof rejected?
The employer will always give a reason. Usually it is missing detail, an unreadable screenshot, or instructions that were not followed exactly. If you believe the rejection was unfair, open a dispute from My tasks and an administrator will look at both sides.
Can I work on the same job twice?
No. Each worker can submit once per job. This keeps the slots fair for everyone.
Can I be a worker and an employer?
Yes. One account does both — use the Worker / Employer switch at the top of your dashboard. You can even move your earnings across to your balance and spend them on posting jobs.
How long does it take for my job to go live?
New jobs are checked by an administrator before they appear publicly, usually within a few hours. You will get a notification as soon as yours is approved.
What happens if nobody completes my job?
Nothing is lost. The money for unfilled slots stays in escrow, and it is refunded to your balance in full the moment you cancel the campaign.
What is not allowed?
Anything illegal, misleading or harmful: fake reviews that break a platform's rules, account creation with false identity documents, spam, adult content, malware, or any job asking a worker to pay money. These jobs are rejected and repeat offenders are suspended.
