How Small Jobs works

Small Jobs connects people who need quick tasks done with people who want to earn money doing them. Every payment runs through escrow, so neither side has to trust the other up front.

If you want to earn

Create a free account

No fee, no subscription. Add your country so we can show you the jobs you qualify for.

Pick a job

Filter by category, pay and country. Each listing tells you exactly what to do and what proof to send.

Do the work and submit proof

Submitting reserves a slot so nobody else can take it while you work. Send a clear description, a screenshot, or both.

Get approved and paid

The employer has up to 7 days to review. Approved work moves from your pending balance to your earnings straight away.

Withdraw

Request a payout from $3.00 via PayPal,Payoneer,Bank Transfer,USDT (TRC20). A 2% processing fee applies.

Start earning

If you need work done

Add funds

Top up your balance from $5.00. Funds stay in your account until you spend them.

Post your job

Write clear instructions, set the price per task and how many workers you need, and say what proof you expect.

We hold the money in escrow

The full cost plus our 10% service fee is reserved when the job goes live, so workers know the money is there.

Review the proofs

Approve and the worker is paid instantly. Reject with a reason and the slot is returned to your campaign.

Cancel any time

Unused escrow from unfilled slots is refunded to your balance the moment you cancel or complete a campaign.

Post a job

Where the money sits

Your account has two separate balances so nothing gets mixed up:

  • Balance — money you have deposited, used to fund the jobs you post.
  • Earnings — money you have been paid for approved work. This is what you withdraw.
  • Pending — work you have submitted that the employer has not reviewed yet. It becomes earnings on approval.

You can move earnings into your balance at any time if you would rather spend them on posting your own jobs.

Fair play

Employers must state clearly what counts as acceptable proof, and may only reject work that genuinely does not meet those stated instructions. If you believe your work was rejected unfairly you can open a dispute from My tasks and an administrator will review both sides.
