Privacy policy
Last updated September 16, 2026
This policy explains what Small Jobs collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account details — username, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and the country you select.
- Profile details — anything you choose to add, such as your name, a short bio and your payout account details.
- Activity — jobs you post or complete, proofs you submit, transactions, deposits and withdrawal requests.
- Technical data — your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the site secure and detect fraud.
Why we use it
- To run your account and show you the jobs you qualify for.
- To process payments, hold escrow and pay out withdrawals.
- To review disputes fairly, which means an administrator can see the proof and the messages involved.
- To detect duplicate accounts, fraudulent proofs and abuse.
- To send service notifications about your jobs, submissions and payments.
What other users can see
Your username, country and public activity counts are visible to other users. Employers see the proof you submit for their jobs. Your email address, password and payout details are never shown to other users.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the payment providers needed to pay you, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. Proof screenshots are kept while the related job is open to dispute.
Your choices
- You can view and correct your details on the profile page at any time.
- You can ask us to close your account and delete your personal data by emailing mujtaba.developer@gmail.com. Transaction records that we must keep for accounting will be retained in anonymised form.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Security
Passwords are hashed, forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and all database access uses prepared statements. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
